Kakatiya's ruled from Warangal, but they ruled Telugu land, mostly in AP and current T. That doesnt mean she is from Telangana only. She was around 1200 century and finally delhi sultanites took over kakatiya's.

Kakatiya's period was best for Telangana, there after its all downn fall for them.

However Andhra had some good rules even in 1500's when tulu dynasty Sri krishna devaraya ruled.
