Attorney Steve Heckman is advising defendant Raghu Yandamuri. “The jury isn’t close to a verdict and we have to find out what the problem is in this particular case…I can’t get into specifics,” Heckman said. He wouldn’t say whether he thought this could be at least a partial victory for Yandamuri who is facing the death penalty if convicted of first degree murder.
