eyyy... YSR Congress party president Y.S.Jaganmohan Reddy allocated marks to previous government who ruled the states in past two decades. Initiating the debate on AP Budget 2014-15 Jagan said, the condition of the farmers in Andhra Pradesh deteriorated drastically after TDP formed the govt, the farmers could not go to banks for loans. They had been approaching the pawn brokers for loans and getting them for high interests. He said that the allotment in budget for farmers was a merely Rs.5 crore only. He said, “marks” allotted by survey agencies to the previous Governments of Chandrababu Naidu, YS Rajasekhar Reddy and the Congress government between 2009 and 2014. Jagan said the Naidu government of 1996 to 2004 – 57 marks YSR government of 2004-2009 – 96 marks Congress government of 2009-2014- 67 marks |
