Wonder why this hasnt been taken up so aggressively by TDP or any oppostion and ask his resignation or file a case. This is clearly as per his voice a bias/prejudiced which is against his oath, should be prosecuted.. I hope some one files a case. SOTW - Ramachakkani Seetaki
