High court gives nod to survey with conditions.,. No personal data or data related to central govt what ever data person gives take only that data, Dont force persons to get data If person is not willing to give any data, then nothing can be done about it. Mainly, this is only an optional survey not mandatory. People cheppe data lo enta nijam untundo inka light..So whats the use of this survey??
