I coached her on how to do the interview (kind of leaked the question paper), talked to the hiring manager and used whatever influence I have with couple of directors and got her the job. She is starting at one of our field locations in August as an EIT. naa valle aa pillaki job vachindi ani cheppalenu, first you have to do many things right in the interview phase then influence comes into picture. just an example how the system works.
