Got promoted to Director. It's immensely satisfying moment in my career. Not an easy journey but worth it. I am the first telugu guy to reach this level in our company. There are a handful Indians at director level and couple at VP level but they are all 5 to 10 years older than me. I am very happy today and wish my father is alive to see this.
