New capital 2. Work with center to get the promised iit, iim, what ever asap. (This will boost some construction related areas also) 3. Start recruiting for new govt jobs 4. Start working with IT companies to privide facilities in vizag/tirupati and see new companies come there 5. Improve existing Infrastructure like govt hospitals, roads, etc...
