Fitness and Nutrition Freaks..please suggest me how to gain weight...I dropped from 150 lbs to 137 lbs in last one year...target is to reach back to 150 in next 6 months... Naa eating Routine: 1. Morning Breakfast - 2 Dosa,Badam pappu, 1 Tumbler Milk 2. Lunch - Family Size (Curry,Dal,Appadam/Chips, Curd, Banana) 3. Evening - 1 Tumbler Milk 4. Dinner - Again Family Size 5. Fruits before sleeping (Apple,Grapes etc) Please keep in mind I have high cholestrol, so need to gain weight without increase in cholestrol..
