If this state is not the best developed state in India in 10 yrs from now. No OC from Andhra should complain about reservations. they should not say being born in OC we are smarter and all that bullxxx. First time YSRCP rakapothe future lo andhra policies will be pro OC as TDP will no longer be BC party as its core BC vote bank is in Telangana and its major chunk left behind is concentrated in UA.
