Vkishore:

Ultimately at the end of the day all the paths should lead to constant rememberance of the divine at every moment...

After lot of reading, satsang and visiting gurus/places, I ended up trying to practice the following 2 things in life. They appear to be simple though. A small progress took almost a decade. Not sure how much progress can I make in rest of life..

1. Attached detachment, Detached attachment.
2. Think of God constantly whenever possible without any expectation/returns.

Increasing a minute/day will take for ever..

BTW When I find some one who thinks the same frequency as I do, in spiritual philosophy, I feel so excited as I feel that I am in right direction of understanding things.
