Charter schools are no fees schools by National heritage Academy who work with local school bodies to provide no cost education to kids. They are very limited and the admission is based on lottery from the applicants. if one kid gets admission the other siblings are automatically enrolled. Their main focus is academic excellence and moral focus. To cut costs, they dont provide public transportation. Private schools are basically schools like Montessory, who charge fees to kids as they dont get any funding. They focus on academic excellence and kids gets good returns as cost is involved. On other side TAG - Talented and Gifted is a special program run by public schools starting 3rd grade to 8th grade where their curriculum is different to others in same school. They will be in a separate class though they go to same public school. The entry to these schools is based on 3 level written test, and only who qualify gets into that class.
