first in India we don't have an option to work.. and the education also not that expensive.. say for example single parent working.. with 100K.. might save 1K per month.. that is 12K year.. you need approx 25yrs of saving per on kid.. that is impossible to cover.. where as in India.. middle class family would save 1L-2L per year.. and that is 2-3yrs of savings at max per kid... In USA since we have an option to work and make money.. that should be utilized or like most our people are now going to India for engineering.. that 4-5yrs time... that way you are not in financial slump when you are old.. kids can do MS here and jump start their career... |
