aayana background solid ga, intimidating ga undi kaani konni vishayaala meeda aayana opinions thappu ani anukuntunna bro...udaaharana ki aayana prakaaram "parliament lo bill pettakamundu state bifurcation proposal(cabinet note) ni assembly ki president refer cheyaali" ane matter constitution lo ekkada ledu annaadu...adi thappu inkosaari aayana article 3 chadavaali...
http://www.indiankanoon.org/doc/1659104/

ilaage very eminent law prof of nalsar madabhushi sridhar ane aayana kooda okasaari state formation ki simple majority, UT formation ki two-thirds majority kaavaali ani eenadu lo okasaari cheppaadu...this was again wrong according to article 3...

371D, 371E state formation ki addu raavu...AP ki sambandhinchi special provisions anthe...okasaari state formation bill pass ayyi president assent vacchindi ante article 371D, 371E redundant and void avuthaayi...okavela ee articles ni ee bill thote repeal cheyaali anukunte(which is what is going to happen most probably) daaniki 2/3rd majority avasaram ledu...there is article 4 which is the basis for this argument....daani prakaaram state formation ki sambadinchi vere ye provision ni amend cheyaali anukunna vaatiki simple majority ye kaavaali and that wont be deemed as an amendment under article 368....

so aayana chepthunna 2 opinions lo first opinion correct...
