This is how I do them:

wash the Brussels sprouts
cut off the edges
cut each of them into 2 halves
take 2 to 3 cloves of garlic. chop them into very fine pieces

In a bowl, mix the pieces, little olive oil, salt, garlic, pepper, parsley, any other herbs you like till all the pieces are coated with olive oil.

Place these pieces on a silver foil on a microwaveable plate.

preheat the oven to 400 degrees

bake the sprouts for 10 min
after 10 min, take them out and turn the sprouts to other direction using a fork.

bake them again for 5 more min.

voila.. Easy and Healthy Brussels sprouts are ready...

you can sprincle more salt for taste...
