420:I would blame it on violent Video games and parents not spending enough quality time with their kids.Kids not in tune with the nature ,erosion of family values , easy access to drugs and guns. Which in turn leads to twisted , phys-co bent of mindset during the years of adolescence and they snap on every small things that goes against them and they choose the path of rampage as a way out into gory glory.
