Application Form duly filled ( Do not leave anything empty .. else use N/A) 2. Fees 3. Latest H1B and carry your Old H1B's in a file 4. Managers Letter with date since when you are employed. 5. Passport with validity - IF new carry your old passport also. 6. Last three months Pay stubs 7. Your Last two years of IT returns. 8. Your Education certicates and experience certifications in another folder - they wont be needed but in case.. The above should be sufficient.
