brief input/review on the book "How to lose 40 LB in one day" by my fitness trainer Cody Bobay..

The book is very small and you can finish reading in 2-3 hours.. There isn't tonnes of information in the book.. He kept it Simple and Straight (KISS principle)

the book is based on four fundamentals -- what we drink, what we eat, exercise and rest.. there are very small chapters that explain the importance of each aspect with examples/options...

The core and most imp thing in the book is the 40 day Journey towards a healthy weight loss.

its a tracking system which helps you to keep track of what u did with respect to above four aspects each day..

the other good thing about this whole 40 days journey is that we need to follow the DIET plan strictly for 6 days .. the SEVENTH DAY is a rest/cheat day and we can eat whatever we want.. so in principle we are follwoing the diet only for 35 days...
