First_name like + '%' vadathanaru query loo.. and its searching for all the table.. Tables has 2 million rows and this is OLTP not olap.. Query taking 5 mins to execute it has other joins as well.. first_name = ani isthe < 1 sec lo vasthundii ..like rasam kabati taking time..
