I always believe there were two things in the world one should earn with honesty and hardwork - trust and respect



I belive in 4 things ,

Freedom Expression
Trust ,
Respect (not hypocrites )
Transparency

All four are inter-linked .I have a team of 60 People spread across 3 continents . First thing that I emphasize is "FREE EXPRESSION" that means people should be able to express and and ask questions . When people who express and question are looked downupon then forget about Trust and honesty . And you will frown upon with Crabs in the basket scanario ..
