Thmbeee .. As far as I know , there are no set rules or a constitution . But I belive they have a MagnaCarta , each mod has his own set of 13 rules .Once in a while they like to show off nobody is above the law etc etc . You are not allowed to question because they are clear on the message " if you do not like it FAACK OFF"

These are some of my observations ,others please feel free to write in your observations.
