excellent public transport
clean Air, very less traffic congestion.
excellent bike/walking lanes
access to CBD from any direction with in 20-30 min by Public Transport.
excellent sport stadiums, community stadiums, grounds in each and every suburb
excellent climate, you can clearly differ 4 seasons in a year.
CBD chala neat ga unthadii.
cons:
Bit expensive compared to USA, CANADA (being an ISLAND with vast majority of land, 23 million people)
30+ % tax if u earn more than 35k/year
limited hour shopping (everything will be shut after 5:30, supermarkets after 9 pm) doesn't bother me.
Median House price - 2br -300k
