gosbaa okati matiki baaga observer chesssa, 5 monthd nundi ila diet control lo unndadam valla waist size control loki vachindi, weight 75 -> 70 ki vachaa..
green tea baaga taagaa.. aakalesinappu KFC lo chetta chedaram tinakunda, fruits tinna, carrot juice taaga. week lo 2 days nights only boiled vegetables salad, soup and some fruits.

Sub-titles aa? sub-titles aithe VLC player lo:
Make sure the subtitles have the same name as the video file (besides the extension ofcourse).
Then when the video is playing, go to 'Video' and 'Subtitle Track' and choose it there
Then in a couple seconds the subs should show up.
OR
Put your .AVI and .SRT in the same folder.
