adi vallu reminder kaadu mama, they have an online rent payment service, when you subscribe to that payment, you get an email with a link to pay the rent, you use that link, pay the rent with either bank or CC. Post payment you get a reciept.

Adi service they have provided on their website to pay the rent. Once you have this service running you dont really tend to remember.

Valla online system fail ayyindi ee sari 4th na vachindi, which they have acknowledged. But still they say it is not our responsibility for that service. Mari valla site lo link enduku pettaro if they cant provide a reliable service. My point revolves around that.



Oh adaa matter, aallu notice pampithene enable avuthadaa, gobbu lamdi kidukulu....

I already paid big mama, I am fighting on the issue with service they have provided which they accepted their fault and asking for refund CLIPART--lol2, But they are treating as different issues and not linking to rent payment, as they say whatever tool you use,its my responsibility, vintaniki anta bagane undi,

But I atleast want them to acknowledge and put a disclaimer on the site that its not their responsibility with issues with service provided.. and agree that their service sucks,,

adi adagatam ayyindi, but they are not ready to accept their fault, all they say is its a courtesy service and as per lease agreement you are responsible not we to provide you a reminder.

I have asked then why do you have us to subscribe to the service which cannot provide efficient service to tenants? they didnt have answer. I feel whatever they got is more than enough during these times.

I am staying in an apartment, and use their online rent payment service for rent payment. They send reminder and upon recieving the reminder, I pay the rent.

However this time they have sent the reminder after the due date and I had to pay late fees.

When asked for refund of late fees, apartment says its not their fault as it is a courtesy service and as per agreement I need to pay rent as per contract before the due date and cannot refund.

Is there any possibility to take up this issue. The online rent payment service has acknowledged their fault and said its a third party service provided hired by Apartment management. So they cannot refund and directed to apartment.
