It is indeed the saddest day at the Ilayaraja household with the celebrated music director losing his wife Jeeva. Mrs Ilayaraja suffered a massive cardiac arrest late last night and the doctors could not revive her despite their best efforts.

The entire film industry is in deep shock over her sudden demise. Celebrities are showering their condolence messages to the bereaved family and behindwoods.com join its readers in offering their heartfelt condolences.
