The film will be shot in the Congo Basin, the Amazon forests in Brazil, Caspian Sea in Iran, Abbottabad in Pakistan, White House, Angola, North Korea, Italy, Iceland, Greece, Vatican City, Israel, Pulivendula, Kuppam, Palakollu and Antarctica . All these will be clubbed with computer graphics and specially erected and ejaculated sets. Amma will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Chinese, Zulu, Macedonian and English in 5-D, 4-D, 3-D and 2-D versions as well. The film will hit the floors in January 2012 and will wrap up by March. April 1st, 2012 will be the release date. Ramu reveals that this is going to be the most expensive movie in world cinema history. For now, he has roped in Vivek Oberoi, Zayed Khan, Sonu Sood, Abhimanyu Singh, Arjun, Naseeruddin Shah, Subbaraju, Brahmanandam as the lead cast along with few American actors like Leonardo DiCaprio, Megan Fox etc.

Amma nD, where n=5,4,3,2 is an upcoming film being directed by Ram Gopal Varma which is his career's big budget movie using ultra 5D,4D,3D & 2D technologies.
RGV said that he has been thinking for many decades to make a film in the adventure genre. However owing to his well publicized constipation issues, he has not been able to visit the toilet often and the project had since been shelved. Amma is an out an out adventure flick in the lines of 2012: Ice Age and Transmorphers: Fall of Man. Ram Gopal Varma also plans to include a scene of the lead actor contemplating over political issues while on the toilet. The film is rumoured to have J. Jayalalithaa in a guest role after m (m=5,4,3,2) decades.
