So very true, these Guru's, Baba's, Swamy's try to explain, but we go to them for a different purpose and we elevate them to our convinience and dont understand the basic message what they try to give it to us.
We interpret everything they say in a different way to our convinience. I dont know how these Gurus/Swamy/Baba's feel looking at a larger picture??

Even satya sai was given that status by his devotees and he always sings Hari bhajana bina sukha shanti nahi and his devotees recite it as sai bhajan bina sukh shanti nahi......again He sings prema muditha manse kaho Raam Raam raam sri rama rama raam....Devotees atatch Sai along with Rama word.

There is nothing like that.. I just quoted.
Esper mama, Shirdi Sai, as per the book I read, he always said Alla malik, what I understand from the book is that He refers to is about supreme power and I believe that its people who gave him GOD status where as he constantly denied saying Allah Malik.
When he himself says, there is another power why we say that there is another avatar of the same person whose basic question of GOD is denied by Shiridi Sai himself.
I dont know whether I conveyed my right thought process based on the book reading and Shirdi Sai devotees.

With a big disclaimer, that I dont want to get into personal, will try to answer the questions asked.

BV mama, I am not atheist, I believe GODs are made by man and nothing wrong in that. Our Definition of GOD is who does good for us and DEVIL is who does evil to us. Which itself is incorrect as per my minute spiritual knowledge I have.
For us we struggle thru our lifes to move on without much problems, who ever helps us to get thru the situations that we cannot manage is GOD for us, Who ever does amazing things that we cannot do we believe them as GOD. Frankly, I believe in Supreme Power, who never has seen till now, Very few whom we can count have experienced it. Rest all is told and heard. I believe in the Supreme power because of which entire things exists and nobody can beat that.

Lets not get into comparision between beliefs. Once again I say, thats a wide spread belief.

I had spend lot of time reading RK Math books, written by various people.
My take on this entire matter is, All these gurus/Baba/Swami, help people thru there myseries and Poeple make them GOD, whether they really are or not. But we need to understand, there is a supreme power to whom everyone has to succumb to, and we need to attain that path, rest all are bound to time lines and are temporary.

Basic conflict entante, they say Shiridi Sai told, even after death, his body will answer prayers, but never told he will be reborn.
Another character difference that Shiridi sai devotees not believe in Sathya Sai is that Shiridi Sai gave away all money he got from devotees on daily basis and led a simple life, where as Sathya Sai led a different style of living and his trust amassed thousands of crores in 70yrs.

Going by your Logic Both Rama and krishna who are believed to be the same God from different Yugas were never the same either as their activities and characteristics were completely different.
Thats why Shirdi sai never built any water projects or Superciality hospitals or World class universities and his miracles/services never reached to the masses except for a few limted to the surroundings of shirdi and few from other parts....His purpose of incarnation was different and Satya sai's mission is different.......Dont give statements as if you are the Shirdi Sai's messenger.
