nenu 1 and half years loo 65 pounds tagganu...after that for the last one year 5-6 pounds gain avuthaa malli aa 5-6 tagguthaa.....but unable to go below that level....my idle weight is 20-22 pounds less than my current weight....
any suggestions...other than following certain diet methods?

plus lots of veg salads and veg juices prepared fresh. you can include raagi mudda in your diet too.

try cane sugar instead of sugar substitutes.

You didn't mention the portion sizes of ur breakfast,lunch and dinner.

If possible, try to have ur lunch as two meals with atleast 2hrs gap.

Walk/jog for atleast 5-6 miles a week.

time ki thinatam chala important. early dinner (around 6 PM) is very important. eat as many vegetables and fruit you can. reduce red meat and go for fish instead. lentils are good. reduce rice and go with oats or multi grains. regular exercise cheyyali. I play badminton at least 3 times a week. Sunday ayithe 3 hrs in the morning.

98 lo canada vachinappudu naa weight 48kgs. ippudu 65kgs. My BMI is in healthy region, am trying hard to keep at this level.

but they say Jindal is best in south india. it's private and costs little bit more than the one in Hyderabad. we paid rs.500 per day in hyderabad.

Mahankali temple (balkam pet?) ki daggara lo govt valladi okati vundi nature cure hospital. akkada doctor okavida maa sister ki close friend, akkada vunna two months baagane choosukunnaru. kaani ee diet restrictions ki thattukoleka maa father akkada nundi vachesaru. in fact he was much better during those two months but he just couldn't take that food with no salt.
