1) most malnourished children (absolute numbers) in the world.
2) diabetic capital of the world, 40 million people suffering with that decease and growing at an alarming rate.
3) becoming (if not already) world's capital for AIDS.
4) perennial shortage of clean water and this is the reason for many deceases.
