i have seen a PUSHPA from (kakinada or rajamundry) changing to push and POO in just 4 months time each time she gets her salary one of her vaulable traditonal values have gone.. like first month she removes her kaali pattalu, then stops wearing bottu..yes ane chota YEAH vastadi.. then traditional choodidars are replaced by tight and short choodidars then .. kurts and jeans and finally god knows wht they wear..

i think i shud step in .. to clarify the issue here ..as i worked in world class contact centres for over 6 years..in various positions...( currently AM-OPS)
Reality lo nijamga ade jarugutundi .. and you guys have no idea... call centres lo jarigedi
chopinchali ante.. manollu inko 100 movies teesina oka 10% kuda choopinchaleru emo.. definitely anybdy who comes in here are changed .. lost in the crowd.. facing identity crisis.. also the corporate HR policies encourage dating between MEN and women .. as they try to hire.. more WOMEN from outstation and GUYS from local city..as this will give the ladies freedom and also free access to the outside world which the guys fall for and think this company is happening and this is life..
but but but... there is a HUGE BUTT here.. but basically isnt this is wht happening every where?? in IT companies?? i have seen the corporate cultures in and out.. my exp with companies like GE,DELL,ADP,WIPRO,SATYAM,SONY ERICSSON , tells me tht .. it is the attitude of todays generation which is like this .. its just tht call centre people are blamed or i wud rephrase saying .. call centre people are hyped or exosed becoz of the low salaries and thier work timings and high partying culture..
but if you see on the whole the entire IT INDUSTRY or ITES industry is infected with this pseudo culture virus.. people who think its cheap to talk telugu or watch telugu movies.. even if they watch thy never mention it.. it has to be bollywood..

this is a brief scenario about wht this culture is doing to our culture.. unfortunately in all these companies there are people from all states who still dont feel cheap about talking in thier mother tongue ( like tamilians, mallu;s gujju)..but we no .. telugu is completely banned..
i have seen some mind blowing relations ships between married, unmarried , engaged, comitted, unmarried, widowed, divorcees.. and i have seen countless instances of wht women and men fall down to get over night promotions.. but i dont just blame call centre.. yes it is blown out of proportion becoz most of the guys working thier are working for first time and just out of college.. and average age of 20-23 earning money for themself dont know wht to do ..with it .. fall into the trap of credit cards, loans.. fancy cars and unnecessary shopping , and abortions..
