deadlifts are very dangerous if done w/o proper technique. Also, note it works out primarily back and all of lower body and its not meant for cardio.

i will listen to my body speed inc/dec chestanu..i think iam burning 1800 cal/day on thread mill, nenu baltimore unndappudu avg speed meeda 20 mins ki 210 cal ala burn ayeinatlu chupincheddi on threadmill, and i reckon iam working on same speed now..

so out put 1800+2000=3800

2. Doing Weights and eating normally( just like before) and loose fat and look good.

This method is the only method for Six pack or any decent athletic shape you want to achieve. This method is good because you will not be out of shape very fast even though you are out of gym for a couple of months or skip a few days once you get into the shape you want.

Once you start doing weights and eat at least 100-150 grams of protein per day you will start developing muscle and there by your daily intake of calories required per day to maintain the body increases from 2500 to 3000 calories once you have developed a little bit of muscle.

Buy doing weights you will burn 300-500 calories per day. If you decerease the clories and eat sufficient proteing ..The GAP( deficiency) of intake versus the required calories is now very huge..

3000+500-2000=1500 calories and you will see a good shape within 2 weeks within 6 weeks all your work colleges will be able to see it. As you will start walking tall because of the strong frame that you develop.

Total calories required per day has increased to 3k because of muscle + 500 for workout- 2k that you eat every day gives the difference in calories. Because of muscle your metabolism will increase( arugudala) and fat will not be stored very easily compared to past.

To achieve that you have to create a deficiency of calories that you take in per day to the no of calories required to maintain the same body per day.

For Eg: If you are 80 kgs and you want to maintain the same weight and shape you will need approx 2500 calories per day. If you eat less than 2500 calories you are bound to loose weight.

Two methods of loosing weight :

1. Doing Cardio and eating less will make you loose weight and not necessarily good looking. This method will work OK if you have ultra discipline in the food you eat and will fail the minute you stop dieting or stop Cardio(running etc) and you will go back to original shape based on the calories you intake.



The reason is if you do dieting and decrease the intake to 2000 calories per day and by running burn another 200-300 calories( Don’t be fooled by threadmill stuff which says 600calories) you are creating a deficiency of 800 calories per day..you should be able to see in 2-4 weeks the difference if you don’t skip more than 1 day a week. But if you over feed or don’t run the deficiency will not be there in the calories and it will start piling up on the body. If you underfeed yourself take very less protein your body will starting using the muscle and decrease your metabolism/weaker immune system and you will loose shape and become sagging type.

Top 5 execuses not to do exercises

1. I don’t have time to exercise.
People will always find time to do something they enjoy doing. Saying you don’t have time to exercise is just an excuse to get out of doing something you can’t be bothered doing. Now, I’m not saying that you are not a busy person. Maybe you are. But I am pretty certain that almost every person can find 30-60 minutes, somewhere in their day, to exercise. Make an appointment with yourself to exercise.

2. There is no gym close to my house
You can get in great shape without ever stepping foot into a gym. Buy a set of dumbbells and some resistance bands so you can exercise at home. Stability balls are another great ‘home gym’ piece of equipment. An at home cardio workout only requires a good pair of running shoes, a jump rope, or even bike. No gym? No excuse!

3. I don’t know how to exercise
Exercise is not rocket science. If you really have no idea how to be active, go and buy a fitness magazine, ask a friend who exercises regularly for some tips, or hire a personal trainer. There is absolutely no reason why people can’t engage in some form of physical activity. Unless your doctor has specifically told you that you should not exercise at all, start by taking a jog or a walk around the block. There are also hundreds of exercise DVD’s and workout videos available that will take you through entire workouts based on your fitness level and goals.

4. I have no energy to exercise
Of course if you sit around all day doing nothing you will feel lazy. I know for me, the less I do, the lazier I feel throughout the day. Exercise has been shown to increase energy levels and leave people feeling better about themselves and more energized. Get up off the couch and get moving. Start with just 10 minutes of activity each day. Soon you will have the energy to do more.

5. I have no one to work out with
Do you really need someone to workout with? For most of us it would be nice to have some company. What will happen to your motivation though if your workout partner is not as motivated as you when it comes to exercise? What if they start skipping workouts and you’re left to workout on your own anyway? Would you stop too? Unless you have someone you know is totally committed to exercising with you, you really don’t need a workout partner. If you absolutely cannot workout alone … hire a trainer, participate in an exercise class, or take your furry friend for a walk.

As you can see, there are solutions to each of these excuses. Don’t let excuses get the better of you and keep you from reaching your goals. Focus instead on the benefits you will get from engaging in a regular exercise routine. You will be thankful you ditched the excuses in the end.

The Chest
Bench 3 sets min 6 reps max 12 reps. incremental
Dumbell flys 3 sets min 6 reps max 12 reps.. Constant weight
Pushups 30 min - max 50 Body weight initially



Hamstrings:Good mornings and any machine 3 sets x 12 reps Constant weight

Do Quads always after Hamstrings.:
Squat and Leg extensions 3-5 set x 12 reps incremental

Calf: Donkey calf raise 3-5 sets x 12 reps


Weights imp thing: Listen to your body when it starts hurting while doing weights stop don’t injure yourself. It will take more time to recover and your program will be affected.
To find out the correct weight Try doing the max weight you can do for 1 rep. Then start doing 65 -70% of that weight.

Another formula if you cannot do at least 6 reps of that routine it is too much weight. If you are able to do 13th rep it is too light and less useful for your program.

Don’t boost your ego with heavy weights that your body can't handle.

Add 3 days of classes or at least 2 days

1. RPM/spin/cycling

2. Circuit Training class only not on your own. Or any toning class with weights on those lines.

3. Squash preferred to tennis/swimming/badmenton.


Legs should not be done immediately before or after RPM..because both are related to legs and 24 hours in not sufficient to recover. At least 48 hours Best results 72 hours.

Tuesday Rest Shuffle these
Wednesday Spin Shuffle these
Thursday Chest Shuffle these
Friday Squash Shuffle these
Saturday Legs Fixed don’t change these
Sunday Back Fixed don’t change these


EveryDay 10 mins of stair master after your weights program.Increasing the intensity every week.Only after the weights program..

Never ever run in my school if you want to loose weight for the first 6 weeks. You will look cool after you do the above routine for 6 weeks and then you can decrease the number of weights days from 3 to 2 and add a cardio.day.

That is the only way a fat guy will loose weight. If you try to run their will be stress on your knees and you will get bored and loose the whole plot.
