Sehwag technique ledu kabatti improve kaledu..
He works mainly on eye-ball contact and plays his shots naturally, So if that doesnt work, he cannot play.
But in the end nobody can predict when he will play and when will not. |

I always didnt understand why sehwag though failing "n" number of times past couple of years, still preferred by all captains. Even suprised when not even in 30 probables still got selected.
The reason is understood today. Indian first innings so far is why sehwag can change pace, mommentum and bring confidence in batsman.
1) While Sehwag was playing Jaffer at the other also played good. Atleast not bad as he was playing earlier. If one end batsman is hitting, the other end will have some confidence too.
2) Though made only 26, he stayed for some time and wickets didnt fall as quickly as in other matches.
3) Scoring was at run rate close to 5 per over and India reached 50 in no time. Thats gives big confidence for middle order.
4) Dravid was back to his original batting place and see how he is playing ( though he got a life early)
5) Brett Lee and Co had very little impact on the batsman. |
