You can amend an existing H1B Application
My friend applied for extension and he did not get any reply from USCIS for nearly 8 months
So he applied again and got H1 extension
Will cost you more, thats it

OK. I heard a while ago that it can be done but didn't get into the details. Just thought of saving next extension expenses, if this can be done.

I think it is a bit tough and lawyers won't recommend and they will say we will do in next extension.
Also the labor for H1 may not be 3 years and they might have used just more than 1 year and so it won't work.

oka Question guys..
naa 140 imadyane approve ayyindi. ayithe, approve avvtaniki munde maa employer H1b 8th year extension file chesaadu one year kosam (based on labor certification). Since 140 is approved, I can get another 3 years extension. So, already pending unna H1b extension application ni modify chesi 3 years ki request chese aaskaaram emanna undaa.. |
