England Cricket board vaadu coaching certification course run chesthadu...
Last year Level 1 chesanu( Foundation and previous ga pilichevaru--You will be qualified to teach school children). You have to go to Child protection course also(1 day - course) tellodi desam kada..
Motham meedha 3 countries provide chesthayi
England,Australia/SA coaching certificates..
LEVEL 2 pass aythe Ranji coach ga job set cheyavachhu connections vunte..
Now ECB wants to introduce that all PRO's playing in county should have at least level II certification...
This year Maninder Singh kuda vachi chesadu level II. D. Mongia/Zaheer gallaki old certification vundhi. Now rules have changed a little bit.
Last couple of years varaku you can do level1(foundation-4 days) and level 2(2 weeks) in one month if you are lucky...
But now they want you to do training(hours) before you apply for level II. Naku oka Ex Indian player is an Cricket coach in europe athanu ekkidina classes thesukunte nannu assistant ga thesukunnadu I did around 50 hours. I am confident to take the level 2.
Coaching matram ultimate( even level 1) basics ki chala correct ga nerputharu...entha goram ante International players go through the same routine when they are out of form believe it or not... |
