i was coming out of a complex and cut over to the road , there was a car coming in on the same lane but there was lot of gap b/w my car and her car.
But she blewed horn and pulled the car and stopped me ( There was no accident and no contact).
She took my car number, model and insurance info.
Nenu adagaledu as there is no accident and no contact.
Also she was using profanity and scolding all indians, so i don't want to talk to that bitch( she is a racist).

Can she call cops.
I already notified my insurance about the incident and made a claim about this incident so that any false claims cann't be made.
Can she write to DMV and make a bad remark in my history.

As long as the othe rperson was alive not much problem.
even if they sue it wont be for too big amount.
7 years back I had taken a left turn at stop sign (sinna mis-calculation) and the other car came and banged my car. My car was pushed off to kerb, tires got flattened and finally stopped.
The other lady got hit. May have some injruies. Ambulance lo theesukuvelleru.
My Car repairs costed insurance around 6K (Its 6 month old car). DOnt know about extent of damage of other car.
Premium increased from 680 to 1200 for 6 months. after 3 years it comes down.
cop gave Ticket. Unknowingly I paid the amount.
But if we submit letter from the insurance company that they compensated the victims it seems the ticket will be removed. |

another thing is when cops took statement from us yesterday, we didn't say that we jumped red light, we said that it was yellow and it might have turned red, something like that.
but the witnesses said that we jumped red.
So, now should we admit it or should we deny it or what should we say?

night oka accident ayyindi.
ma friend car lo vastunnamu. friend drive chestunnadu, I was sitting front passenger seat.
Back seat lo friend wife and next to her kid in her child seat.
edo matallo padi, red light miss ayyamu, by the time we realised, there is no room to stop, so couldn't avoid a collision with another car.
The other car's driver (lady) is unhurt and the car's front bumper is gone. She looked soft and though appeared a little bit shaky, she didn't appear hostile.
Our car's back is damaged.
My friend's wife had a couple of minor cuts probably because of the broken window (glass). No body else had any sort of injuries.
Cops took statements, we exchanged insurance details (both of them are AAA). There were a couple of witnesses who told that we jumped red.
Since, we don't know much about what would be the consequences, I seek your help. Give me any info which could help us.
