and mark that as Tamil directors 
had the dvd for sometime, did not venture to see it though, but heard very good feedback about the movie. there's some other movie named 'chellamey' or some such thing, broaches a touchy topic of a child's fixation with an elderly female ..
think the same dude in both these movies, the boys kid |

choosara? oka beaten to death subject ni intelligent narrative to yenta refreshing ga teesado. Although the film suffer from a couple of cinematic cliches (the climax was way too melodramatic),cinema naaku nachindi.performances credible ga unaayi..right down to the pimpled cheek and greasy skin,the leads look,dress and behave like the characters they portray...the male lead is one of the louts from boys.. he is surprisingly good..very encouraging to see directors trying out different cinematic idioms within the popular commercial format. |
