Acer vaadiki malli call chesi....
I never ever liquid damaged it. As soon as i opened the laptop i have identified this problem ,reported(Compusa,acer) ,sent to ACER as per their request
On what basis you rejected my laptop stating "Liquid Damaged " ? I never ever damaged it knowingly or unknowingly.
I want to talk to somebody highly designated in Customer relation department of Acer...I do not want to talk with just customer care representative...If i did not get my laptop either repair edor replaced i will move to Consumer court or Small Claims Court
in my state

if u bought Visa/AMEX it will work out and CC wil ltak eit back and send your check.

two options
1. Get the hardware fixed with warranty, check for any local service center instead of sending by fedex.
2. find a lawyer and sue both Acer as well as compusa. if needed the fedex also :-) |

Go with the mail from ACER and your Fedex expenses to Compusa Manager and tell him i bought and since day 1 it's sound card is not working.
So u need to help me some how anu kurcho maama vade return teesukuntadu.

Nenu maa parents kosam laptop konna online lo CompUSA.lo (COst 460 MIR 110) with 14 days return policy. Kaani nenu adhi may after 11 days taruvaatha

pampi ani chepaadu. Mari 30$ karchu petti fedex nuchi laptop pampincha...okay 20 days taruvaatha...choosthey laptop return vachindi..but vaalu problem
fix cheyaledu. Nenu call chesi adiga..ante vaalu neeki mail pampicham its problem with liquid damage, its not comes under warranty you have to pay 449 + taxes to fix this.
Orni computer cost 360$ (MIR teesthey) audio device water demage replace ki 449$ idhi pakka mosam!!!!
