"Fresno (CA) – Two students at the California State University, Fresno are facing up to 20 years in prison and a whopping $250,000 in fines for changing their grades. A grand jury indictment handed down 11 counts for unauthorized computer access, conspiracy, wire fraud and identity theft against John Escalera and Gustavo Razo.
The indictment claims that Escalera abused his position as an IT help desk employee at the university and changed his, along with Razo’s, grades."
