first of all there is no irrefutable evidence that CO2 is the reason for global warming. It's a very hard subject and easy to manipulate few things which ever way you want. |

deenemma.. comedy of nobel ayyindi ga ee year ki. eedintha hype of the hype ni ekkada choodaledu.
i strongly feel there are so many invididuals who did more than what the so called gorre did in the name of global warming. so many scientists and inviduals working so hard to prove theories.. he simply took that jargoen out and making a mockery of everyone that it was invented after him.
i hate it.

Last-Minute Fight Erupts Over Peace Prize
Mary Lu Carnevale reports on Al Gore and the Nobel Peace Prize.
Some people might go into conniptions if they wake up on Friday to find that Al Gore has won the Nobel Peace Prize.
The former vice president, who already has an Emmy and an Oscar for his work on the dangers of global warming, is among the 181 people and organizations nominated. While some supporters hope the prize would lead to his launch of a presidential bid, others are alarmed at the prospect.
“The buzz is that former Vice President Al Gore is a possible recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize for his tireless work on behalf of poverty and self-abnegation,” wrote Carter Wood on the National Association of Manufacturers’ blog. He added that “Gore’s claim to intellectual prestige and peace props rests on ‘An Inconvenient Truth,’ his book and alleged documentary on global warming. So we note, again, that the movie is bunk, based on conscious distortions of the truth.”
Greg Gutfeld, Fox News’s host of Red Eye with Greg Gutfeld, wasn’t so restrained in his Web posting: “I’ll say this: Gore deserves something, but not a prize. Fatboy has turned into Chicken Little on steroids, bent on convincing you the sky is falling, right before hopping on his private jet back to his massive, well-heated home.” Gutfeld went on: “He’s killing the planet through hypocrisy and blame. If you disagree with him, you’re a heretic and if you agree with him, you’re doomed.”
And finally, JunkScience.com’s Steven Milloy took issue with the accuracy of Gore’s work following a British court’s decision this week against banning “An Inconvenient Truth” from schools but instructing them to warn students about bias in the film. “We call on the Norwegian Nobel Committee, which awards the Nobel Prize Committee to award the prize to a deserving candidate, rather than someone who plays fast and loose with the facts to advance his personal agenda,” Milloy said. |
