state ge defn ga preference untundi ,but koddiga mathrame , ramagundam coal mines we have in telegana region, yet we cant take more than 25% of the output. endukante, countries like usa have federal strcture ,where eversy state cam make it own laws etc, but in india, the whole contry is taken as a unit, for claiming rights on resurces. more over the state which has got the resources wll benefit by JOBS,TRADE,BUSINESS ETC,, SO EVEN IF RELAINCE LAYS A PIPELINE, IT WILL GIVE ENORMOUS BOOST TO OUR ECONOMIC, AND SOCIAL BY GETTING JOBS,LABOR,FACTORIES,BUSINESS ETC AROUND THAT AREA

bidding l participate chesinama annadi question kaadu mama, issue was who ever identifies the resource, they have got first right on it. so state preference always become second. endukate, state is in a logical depicts only a geagraphical jurisdiction on a area, it does not have right to lock on the resources. for ex. ehe aa bidding process telsu ehe. aa bidding process lo state govt involvement and clearance vuntene kada central govt issue chesindi global tenders. and at the same time they have to sign a MOU with AP govt on resource sharing. appatlo ignore chesina daani gurinchi ikkada cheptunadi.
Since then RIL and GSPC explored gas reserves, pricing become an issue. They are charging all other states and virtually free for GSPS and RIL's Jam nagar plant.
AP has a natural right to fight to get its share at the same price what RIL's Jam Nagar plant deal and GSPC Gujarat govt. deal..

But the same YSR is giving lands cheaper than CBN. When CBN gave land to Emmar properties in HYD, YSR cried. But now YSR gave the same land to Emmar at a cheaper than CBN |

CBN big mistake was to give land to IMG at a very very cheap price. YSR cried and cried and is taking back the land from IMG. |

but, what the heck he did when he signed MOU with Gujarat Govt and Reliance to find gas resources in KG basin and siphon off freely with 1500 Gas and petrolium pipeline to Gujarat? Does bolli babu forgot the fact that he must buy natural gas at premium rate to fulfill our own needs? Where were you sleeping at that time?
