SYNOPSIS
Raja (NTR) is a hardcore thief and he can do anything to achieve his target. Several biggies hire his services. One fine day, the heiress to Rs. 250 crore zamindari legacy Mahi (Priya Mani) comes to his custody while being chased by the villains (her own relatives). NTR is about to take the ansom by handing over the girl to her killers, when he suddenly gets killed. He goes to amalok and is engaged to neck and neck competition with Yama (Mohan Babu). After a winsome streak, he returns to earth. Yama is desperate to take his life again to hell. But, he himself is so moved that he is all happy to see the young man escape death. TARAKFANS.COM Report:
1.15 Am
The movie opened with huge cheers and the first song NUVVU MUTTUKUNTE was a DECENT SONG which made the fans feel a new thrill in the recent times. The song just reflects the brand fresh AVATAAAR of TARAK. This song is with Mamata Mohandas.
1.30 Am
Second song NACCHOREEE has rocked the theater with TARAK and RAMBHA doing a magic.....fans went bersek with this song and the STEP done by TARAK is NA..BHUTOOO...NE..BHAVISHAYT....5 minutes after the song still the hall is reverbarating with slogans NANDAMURI ZINDABAD!!!!!
1.55 Am
3rd song is Nunugu Meesalodu with Priyamani...excellent song....fans are going ecsatic with the treatment of the film......fantastic response from MASS FANS means what it would appral to the educated lot?????
2.30 Am
First Half Report - Fans are over whelmed. The song NACCHOREEE has mesmerised the fans. After long time we feel this is one song which will create a new RECORD in the history of Telugu Cinema. The first half report is very positive. Fans are not in the mood to say the theme and are saying that the story is thrilling. There is a serious connect between the comedy and story which is well knit by the director and this is the MANTRA for YAMADONGA to become a great success. Rajamouli's script is very tight that normal cinegoer is served with surpises always for the 2 hours.
3.05 Am
Young Yama song takes the theatre to a new scale of joy. Fans have gone on top of the seats with the appereance of Legend NTR and till now this song stands as the best song in the movie. Rambha, Urvasi, Menaka played by Archana, Preethi Jinghaniya & Navneet Kaur shake legs with TARAK in this song.
3.20 Am
5th song is Rabbaru Gajulu. This song is between Tarak and Priyamani. Tarak has danced too good in this song.
3.45 Am
Last song is Oh Lammi, between Tarak and Mamata Mohandas. Fans enjoyed a lot this song. Tarak rendered this song. Overall till now the movie is superb. Climax is going on.
4.00 Am
Tirupathi show completed. The fans from this show have come out with very happy.. OVERALL OVER WHELMING RESPONSE. Congrats to Tarak. Yamadonga is a super hit movie.

Tirupathi (1:30 AM)::
NTR's entrance is shown as a tiger turing into NTR. This scene has got tremendrous response in the theater. NTR and Ali play theif freinds in the movie. The comedy is also good till now. It is on par with SSR's last flick Vikramarkudu. The 1st song Nuvvu Mutukunte is with Mamatha. The art-work for this song is Mind-Blowing and NTR shows the extrordinary grace in his dancing in this song. The one fight that has come till now is OK.
Tirupathi (1:45 AM)::
Mamatha Mohan Das plays a Pawn-Broker in the movie. Priyamani is the other heroine in the movie. Her family members harass her after her father's death. She escapes from her house and lands in a Pub where the 2nd song Nachore with NTR and Rambha starts. NTR's dances are too good in this song also. Fans are really enjoying the movie a lot!
Tirupathi (1:55 AM)::
M.S.Narayana hires NTR for 10 lacs to steal the dress that Rambha wears in the song. When NTR gets the dress to MS Narayana, he dies with excitement and lands in Yamalokam. The entrance of Mohan Babu as Yama has recieved a huge applause in the theater. Yama happens to ask MS Narayana the reason for his death and comes to know about NTR. The comedy has worked out well in these scenes.
Tirupathi (2:10 AM)::
NTR takes priyamani to his house. There she finds the locket with NTR and remembers her childhood. Then comes the 3rd song of the movie Nunuuga Meesalodu. This a good melody and is OK to watch on the screen. The movie has got a very good Mass appeal till now. SS Rajamouli yet again proves the command over the narration of his script.
irupathi (2:30 AM):: INTERVAL
NTR takes priyamani to her house and dies there in a fight and enters Yamalokam, by the time he goes there Yama will be out for a few days. Then NTR takes away Yama's YAMA PACHAM and starts ruling the Yamalokam. NTR is shown in the getup of YAMA for about 20 mins. When Mohan Babu comes back and finds NTR in his seat he gets frustrated and shouts at NTR. This scene is Ultimate where Mohan Babu says a dailogue similar to the one in "Dhana Veera Sura Karna". NTR gets shocked and sits down..INTERVAL!!!
INTERVAL REPORT :: NTR has done the scenes, action sequences and dances with a lot of ease. Mamtha's skin show will definetly pull the Masses. The art-work is extordinary! Mohan Babu as YAMA is terrific! The comedy has clicked...On the whole 1st half of the movie is VERY GOOD!
Tirupathi (3:05 AM)::
After the Interval there will be an election held for YAMA's throne. There will be a campaigning held and Ramba, Urvasi, Menaka played by Vidhya, Preethi Jinghaniya & Navneet Kaur shake legs with NTR in Youngu Yama song. Sr.NTR comes before this song and his entrance has made the crowd go uncontrolled in the theater. The fans have really become unstoppable after seeing thier Legend back on the Silver Screen after very a long time. The on screen presence of both the NTR's is something the fans will cherish for a long time. Sr. NTR's dailogues and dances have got the maximum response in the theater.
Tirupathi (3:20 AM)::
Jr.NTR wins the elections and takes the throne of YAMA. In that jubilant mood he drops the YAMA PACHAM and Mohan Babu gets it back. Mohan Babu then excuses NTR for all his mistakes done in Bhoolokam and sends him back. NTR comes back to Bhoolokam and meets Priyamani. The Movie has slowed down a bit after the song but is passable.
Tirupathi (3:40 AM)::
Rabbaru Gajulu is the next song in the movie. This song has NTR and Priyamani. The song is OK to watch. Back in Yamalokam Mohan Babu waits for NTR to do some evil. When that doen't happen YAMA comes to Bhoolokam and enters Mamatha's body to make NTR commit a mistake. The audience suddenly started to feel "The Length" of the movie.
Tirupathi (3:55 AM)::
The Length of the movie is really bothering the audience now. The scenes are also not that good to make them sit for so long. So far the audience feel the 1st half is better. Olammi Thikkaregindha has just begun. This song sung by NTR has got a good response from the audience. This song is shot on Mamtha and NTR. The dances are OK.
Tirupathi (4:10 AM)::
The Climax fight is OK. Unlike the 1st half the second half lacked the comedy and pace. The movie is 3hrs 15mins. and the drag can be felt in the 2nd half. The SS Rajamouli Action sequences live upto the expectations.
OVERALL REPORT :: The 1st half of the movie is Very Good but the 2nd half some how lacked the pace and entertainment. A good a 1st half and mediocre 2nd half is not the 1st time for the director SS Rajamouli. His previous movies with similar treatment were accepted by the audience and turned out to be very Good Hits. Lets see how the audience will recieve YAMADONGA!
