With EAD u can do secondary job.
Also if one gets fired from the current job, with EAD u can work for anyone where as with H1 u need to find an employer who sponsors the new H1. WitH EAD u can join anyone and then under AC21 inform INS that u changed job. plus for married folks wife can work |

With EAD, your wife also eligible to work babay. And anotherthing is if you dont have valid H1b stamped on your passport, if you need to travel out side usa and come back definitely eithe you need to use Adv. Parole or go for visa stamping in India to return to USA which lot of people hates.
So if you would like to use Adv. parole then you msut enter into the USA parole + EAD.
Changing employer is allowed only after 181 days from your I-485 receipt date.
Yes you need to have same Job, but is is easily manageable. |

All the applicants will get the approvals eventually.
Just in caxse if the dates go back to say 2005 Jan 1 then the applications with PD beofre 2005 Jan 1 will be given approvals.
BUt for others they can continue worki ng on EADs and jump companies after 180 days of I 485 filing |

If u dont get EAD within 90 days u can goto the nearest INS Service center and show the receipt and get temporary EAD valid for 90 days.
Ika EAD tharuvaatha next step antu emi ledhu. As EAD is valid for 1 yewear, apply for EAD renewal before 90 days of the expiry.

work cheyochhu ani but it is not a state in GC process. EAD MS chesaka kuda 1yr istharu students ki. I-485, Adjustment of Status file chesinappudu EAD kuda file chestharu, so that they will have an option to work on EAD..advantages enti antey..you can take another part-time job, start a business while you are still doing your primary job for which you have applied GC. But spouses will have more freedom, they can do whatever they want while on EAD.

Now, When aperson comes to USA on L-1, spouse can get EAD applying the same form I-765. and the person with EAD is legally permitted to work in any job in USA.
What is the difference? Is the person in EAD status thru L-1 spouse as good as person in EAD thr GC process? If no, why?

I have a Question regarding EAD. I know that the last step in the GC process is EAD(after I-485) I guess. and this is applied through I-765 form.
Now, When aperson comes to USA on L-1, spouse can get EAD applying the same form I-765. and the person with EAD is legally permitted to work in any job in USA.
