You are correct. anduke China & Japan (biggest holders of US paper) are trying to diversify the reserves in to other currencies and gold. China is buying gold in the last 3 to 4 years. overall Gold will have better run in the near future. |

In fact Canadian economy still depends a lot on US as it exports lots of energy (oil & gas), automobiles, raw materials etc. Idivaraku USD & Cdn $ oka path lo (tandem) vellevi, ippudu USD tho relation lekunda Cdn $ peruguthondi based on the metals and energy prices.

US has trillion deficit as imports are more then exports so US is drastically devaluating $ value to increase exports…and also china is holding back money so that they don’t want US $ to fall further…. if US $ falls further china’s manufacturing sector will have a heavy loss as most of china is dependent on US purchases in global market….
Apart from that iran is transacting only in EUR for oil transactions which has further added to US deficit…
