"Tirumalasetti Neelima, Oh she is really a big problem to that company, I don't think this problem came from one side. She might be the reason also to make this issue so big, You have to talk less when you are working with different culture people, some times they don't like some one talking so big about themselves.
I know most of the people they say they are so great and they wear so much gold also they talk about other things alot. Nobody appreciates that, instead she can do her own job and everything should be on email when you are dealing any project, that makes no differences b/w the colleagues also she can talk nicely instead of taking it as a big issue. I guess, she don't know how to handle the situation. I know American colleagues respect each other a lot when you are working with them. There is no opern discrimination in USA. American are mostly Law binding nature.
But in India we have a lot of discrimination in work environment. If you don't say good morning to your boss in india he won't allow you work in his project. I'll tell you the working environment in Indian IT companies is very very bad. There are a lot of things you have to take care, which is not at all there in USA work environment. About the dress code, i heard she wear sarees and anklets to work. When we are wroking in different country like America, there is always a proper dress code we need to follow. " |
