WiseGuySoldier, I guess I hit a nerve. LOL! And the Clintons dealings have been investigated, extensively, for years, by doznes of federal lawyers and a special prosecutor. The Republicans spent over seventy million dollars investigating the Clintons and every connection they ever had. They found NOTHING wrong. Zero Zip Nada. Get back to me when Obama has been looked at that thoroughly. This Rezko stuff has barely been touched, and it goes deep according to my Chicago friends. Oh, and the Clinton Whitehouse has made more documents public than ALL OTHER PREVIOUS PRESIDENTS COMBINED, according to the national archives. They were the most open administration in history. Meanwhile, Obama claims that he "kept no records" during his State Senate term. Really? No memos, no daytimer, no nothing, huh? Imagine that. Obama is all smoke and mirrors, with a good speechwriter and a teleprompter. |

It is not completely copne that the A-A vote is for Obama. However if it true and it leades to polarization - it would like to say that they are the monority ( in numbers) and it will not help them on Super Tuesday.
There is a clear race to support Obama as the the fresh face - and lot of traditional Democrats lik Ted, Kerry &Co throwing their weight. Oprah, Morrison and the like. The only people gaurded in their opinion are Jesse, Sharpton and the like.
Pulling the religious white vote through endorsement is not easy. In my opinion upstart polarization through endorement/opinion is widely possible in the AA community.
In the traditionally Catholic, Moromon or Evagelical community which consit of 70% of the vote between them and is only polarized on a reactive measure. That means - they do not vote or get involved deeply - no grey area.
What the divise approach can do is instigate their grey area - and push them to congregate in a reactive measure.
Obama is an exception - he should rely on his strengths - the endorements made and those coming continue to suprise citizens and immigrants like us alike - but I think he is he polical clout is smeared all over with color - either way is he is playing th card or not.

Could not agree more with parts of yoru statement. There are very many situations that prove the mettle of McCain - agains his relgiously biased or motivated peers like Mike Huckabee and Mitt Romney. He is not a dvisive force or religious -political or social grounds. Often times he has worked closely with the Democrats on many partisan issues.
The current stae of the Demorcratic party is clear - they need a winning candidate - and Hillary is theor best option. In my view she is the only one on the Donkey side with experience - like her or hate her. Obama is a DIVISIVE force - race not withstanding. I have seen that his speech is always fuelled with subconscious comments indicating race - and the need for change and time to comem foward. It is deifnitely a singular chance for the A_A community. It is like playing a video game that has 10 levels - your average is the third level and you have been playing for days and not been able to cross that level - however everything falls into place and you get to the 5th,6th and 7th levels one particular time and you are excited - but you know very well that you cannot repeat it again in the immediate future. The balck community and Obama - know this very clearly. The SC vote - is clearly an result of the dawn of such a clarity in all sections of the African American coounity. This is plain common sense - and SC probably th eonly state that can set a trend for the rest of the country.
The problem - it will force the whites to push them to a corner and subconsicously react and deliver and balancing vote.
Similar feeling?
The CLintons did not see Obama hititng home - and they flustered and were on the defensive. Bill was not his usual self - his ego hurt and very angry that the community that he so loved and nurtured are up against him for a lowly(zero experience) charismatic black candidate only becuase RACE. So what would a wise Clinton- give Obama a taste of his own medicine.
