This is one of the best options he has
1) give priority to the depositers to buy the stake in Eenadu group
They might be having atleast 300 crores cash. Take 500 crores loan and repay 800 crores to the depositers that arent interested in buying the share in eenadu group. Then he can go public and raise 1000-2000 crores cash and he can use the cash to repay the loan,expand his media business and run the company professionally. |
