Annayyalu oka help kavali..
i have installed MIT kerberos KDC on a solaris machine, and it is running.
kerberos client is there on HP-UX machine. i want to do ssh with kerberos authentication.
A user test is already created on HP Machine.
In /opt/ssh/etc/sshd_config, i have enabled KerberosAuthentication as Yes, UsePam as No
commented #GSSAPIAuthentication yes
i added a principal test to the Kerberos..
when i ssh into HP, i am able to login into the machine.
My problem is : i have added a principal test2 to the kerberos but the user test2 is not created on HP-UX
now when i am trying to login using ssh , it says permission denied..
syslog.log says sshd[xxxx]: Illegal user test2 ssh2
How to ssh using kerberos to a machine with a user on KDC but not present on the machine. |
