hey guys,
as far as SAP CRM is concerned u need to have a previous exposure to SAP SD. with out any functional experience its very tough for u guys take up certification as it requires minimum 2 yrs of functional experience... incase even if u take up certification its very tough to get a break as all companies look in for experience..........both functional and SAp related...
so u guys before taking up certification better decide what background u have esp in functioanl as it requires relevant functional exp....
As far as US is concerned if u r applying for H1 u need to have certification and also SAP exp...( if not even SAP exp is sufficient w/o certification) if not its very tough to get stamped |

i have to find out babai..cos, 1 of my friend who has a masters and a MBA in financials couldnt get a call from these guys..he had to ultimately come to a consultancy and get placed..they are hiring H1s with good experience..but dont know bout ur case..like ur visa and if they r willing to take desi fresher..what i meant MBA locals in my previous post was to tell that americans.. |

What I meant is, I too have a Masters in Marketing.
As SAP is good now, if consider a career in SAP the best option for me is the SAP CRM Functional consultant..
so coming back to ur point that:

How far are these top implementors flexible to take guys like me(I mean not a US Citizen)??
Is it really tough to get in- even though I give the SAP CRM 4.0 Funcational Certification exam?? |

help.sap.com loki velli, click on documentation
in there select R/3 for functional modules and select 4.6c on right select english
else on the dcumentation page itself select netweaver itself for netweaver info...

netweaver ippudu demand caana vundi, kaani daaniki saraina traing kavali..its mix of SAP apps and java,etc(third party). netweaver raakamundu web application servers, portals vadevaaru.ippudu netweaver motham built package from SAP..
