There is one more way to permanantly change file association types.
GO to the folder where your wma files are located.
Select Tools->Options->FileTypes, there select WMA and at the 'Opens with' click on change and associate it with WMP or whatever. |

When you install Real media player , it installs as a default player for the media files. so if you click on any media file , it will first open with real player.

smart mama.. seppanugaa.. tried to install latest version of WMP and it screwed it all.. ippudu, anytime I click WMP shortcut, the instalation dialogue appears..

mari aa tool ni install chesukovachha?
wanted to install at home and try it out.
initial gaa CD's ripping start sesinappudu used WMP so it ripped them as .wma files, after installing WMP10, I could directly rip as MP3. moving forward ripping only as MP3's , but existing .wma files ni convert seyyalani.. |

real player 10 lo chala problems unnayi mama.. At home I recently installed this and it is not getting connected to internet..
Best thing is to uninstall real player and install again.. |

Smart mama. donot have Windows Media player at work. Real player changed the preferences to play .wma files also, it worked fine yesterday. today tried installing WMA player at work, but got security restriction, also looks like during the installation Realplayer is also messed up.

Playing a WMA file in real player, and received this error message window..
"This is where the problem and the solution goes (Error code, Extra info)"
the only options it gives "Close" or "Lame.."
Pressing "Lame" doesn't do anything.
any help please... |
