well, I beg to defer.
I am using McAfee and Microsoft anti-spyware, and my laptop was never better.
Norton anti-virus is notorious for eating out resources, but not McAfee.

Microsoft anti-spyware is doing extremely good.
dont tell this guy smarty.. this stupid Axx hole eating CPU resources... i tested it on my lappy.. dont use Mc afee too.. he is eating out lots of memory..
For reducing ur McAfee eating CPU,
exclude pagefile.sys and C:\winnt or c:\windows\system32\spool directories from scanning .. u save ur time and CPU resources.. |

nenokasaari na laptop key board mida tea posa.
oka 10 mins ki m, n , spacebar keys kalisi kattuga pani cheyyadam modalettayi.
So, emi chesanu ante, jaagartha ga, keys unna frame tappinchi, oka ear bud to veelainanta tudichi, taruvata aa laptop ni alage table fan kinda oka half an hour uncha.

if warranty is alive.. call tech support and get it replaced..
if ur warranty expired try ebaying for insp. 8600 keyboard.. u get it for 20 bucks.. u can get it replaced with any local laptop repair guy or do it urself..
coming to beeping sound during boot .. is it stared after that incident? usually it makes some beeps while it does hardware BOIS test of all devices.  |

luckly it was a desktop...on laptops there is a water tight seal. I know windows doesnt like to launch if the keyboard doesnt function...get a pressurized air can and blow the mother out. |
